Wikis

I’ve worked with several different wikis to share knowledge throughout a company or just develop better crowd-sourced information. I run WordCrowd.org — a wiki about hints, tips and tricks for WordPress. Wikis are invaluable tools for organizations that need to share information easily through departments and levels that might not ordinarily interact. And they’re a great resource for a small business that simply needs to document their individual knowledge.

I use MediaWiki — the wiki software that powers Wikipedia.
