Hello, I’m Todd. I build excellent sites in WordPress. I’ve been developing in WordPress since 2004, version 1.0. Currently, I’m the Web Content Manager at RED Digital Cinema.
I began developing blogs in 1999. I started with Blogger and moved on to Greymatter and MoveableType before finding WordPress in 2004. Since then, it’s been my go-to platform. I’ve built blogs and websites for businesses, churches, individuals, bands and Kelly Clarkson.
In 2007, I became a Site Operations Specialist at echomusic in Nashville, Tennessee. There, I worked on sites for Rascal Flatts, Dolly Parton, Keith Urban, Janet Jackson, Kanye West, and yes, Kelly Clarkson. echomusic (later rebranded into “echo”) managed the online presence of hundreds of clients in the entertainment industry. Through our fan management department we assisted clients in creating their blogs, connecting with their fans, and creating video content. In the Creative department, I was charged with building the sites and platforms that delivered all this media.
While at echo, I worked with our Street Team department (think guerrilla marketing + eager fans) to create a template-driven platform that would assist them in delivering content to their teams. The first Street Team we rolled out under this new template was for Bon Jovi.
Echo was bought by Ticketmaster who eventually folded the company. By then, I’d moved to California. I love getting people involved in blogging and creating content.
